It is always best to have bare skin and be makeup free for any treatment.

To help avoid bruising, it is suggested to keep away from blood thinning medications such as aspirin, advil, naproxen, toradol, aleve, OTC supplements such as fish oil, vitamin E for 1-2 weeks before treatment.

Avoid alcohol 48 hours before appointment.

You can not be treated if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
pOST TREATMENT

Avoid working out for 24 hours.

No makeup for 24 hours.

Avoid laying down flat for 4 hours.

Avoid rubbing or applying unnecessary heat to treated areas for 24 hours.

Do not wear hats or tight/restricting accessories on treatment areas for 24 hours.
