Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled directly on our website. Any questions can be answered by phone, text, email or our social medial platforms. If you don’t see a date or time that works for you please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. A deposit is required to book all appointments. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We do understand urgent/ health matters and we will work with you. Late arrival to your appointment of more than 15 minutes will be considered as a "no show" and will result in cancellation of your appointment and you will need to reschedule.

Plump and Pretty reserves the right to charge 50% of the service as a fee for no-shows or cancellations not initiated within 24-hours of your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.

Refunds

Please acknowledge all treatments and procedures performed at plump and pretty medical aesthetics are elective. For this reason, no refunds are issued for services.
